A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls

Designed to reduce the fear of falling and improve activity levels among community-dwelling older adults. The program enables participants to reduce the fear of falling by learning to view falls as controllable, setting goals for increasing activity levels, making small changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength and balance. 

Classes will be lead by the Area Agency on Aging. Registration is required.

Are you ready for the ultimate, afterhours NERF battle? If so meet us in the children's area at 7pm. You can leave your ammo at home, we don't want you to lose it in the stacks, we will will have standard size NERF darts here for you to use. Ages 11 and up are welcome.
