With digital technology becoming more complicated, some problems just can't be fixed by asking a friend or family member anymore.To help accommodate this, the Auglaize County Libraries has implemented Technology Help Time classes that will help benefit patrons experiencing these type of problems. These classes will be broken down into 4-30 minute sessions per library where a patron can sign up for one session or all sessions based on the time needed to come to a solution to the problem they're experiencing. Our goal with implementing this type of class is to reach more patrons struggling with technology questions or concerns.
