[Update: May 13, 2020] — Reopening Plan
Dear Library Customer,
We are anxious and ready to see you again soon. As the state begins a slow and responsible reopening process, trust that Auglaize County Public District Library System will be busy putting our staff through training, retrofitting our spaces to meet social distancing guidelines, ensuring we have the necessary PPE and policies in place to keep people and staff safe, and maturing new low- and no-contact service models for meeting community needs.
We will begin our phased reopening plan on Monday, May 18th with curbside/drive-thru pick up by appointment. The following phases will depend on several factors, including guidance from local, state, and national health officials and the availability of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for our staff. We will provide advance notice and specifics of locations and services as soon as it is available.
While our locations are closed, the Library is not closed for business. You can access so many resources at www.auglaizelibraries.org, including downloadable eBooks and audiobooks, streaming movies and music, magazines, and using online learning tools such as Lynda.com.
We are glad so many of you are staying connected to us digitally and it is our pleasure to support you. Please stay safe and hopeful until we can welcome you back to our locations.
