If you're struggling with Microsoft Excel, then signup for a FREE training session at one of our 6 library locations during the month of May. The first Microsoft Excel Part I class will be held the first two weeks of the month and will cover basic settings, ribbon, cell management and techniques. The second Microsoft Excel Part II class will be held the last two weeks of the month and cover charts, formulas, autofill, and other functions. Should I upgrade to Windows 10 or do I need to get a new Windows 10 computer instead of upgrading? These questions and more will be answered during the Windows 10 computer classes hosted by the Auglaize County Library System. Each one of our 6 libraries will host two Windows 10 classes during the month. You can register by clicking on the Upcoming Events link on this page. If you're looking for FREE training for your apple device, then sign up for one of our Apple classes and throw all the problems in the trash can. The Auglaize County Libraries will be hosting Apple 101 and Apple 102 classes at each one of our 6 libraries during the month of May. Registration is required and class size is limited to 15 people.
Arby's® of Wapakoneta has generously provided funds to begin a brand-new LEGO® Robotics Program at each branch of the Auglaize County Libraries.
Now hiring Library Aide(s) for the Cridersville, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta locations. Under general supervision, the Library Aide provides public service to patrons including working the library desk and assisting with adult services responsibilities. The position includes charging, discharging and renewing library materials, shelving materials and performing light housekeeping duties for the library.
The Auglaize County Libraries will be introducing FREE Kindle Fire & Android classes at each of the 6 libraries during the month of July. If you would like help setting up your device or just learning how to use it better, then this class would provide a better understanding of your device plus make navigating it much easier. Scheduled Android/Kindle classes will be on Monday July 9th & Monday July 16th. The library is hiring. Library Aide substitution position available on an as needed basis for the Auglaize County Libraries primarily working in the Wapakoneta location. The Floater Library Aide is a substitution position that is asked to fill open shifts when additional employees are needed due to special circumstances.
